He went above and beyond to help me purchase a house. At the time I lived in California and he is in Maine. I selected a home and he provided me with a beautiful You Tube video of the house. He attended the home inspection and followed up with minor repairs that were needed. I bought the house sight unseen but through the eyes of John. When I first walked in, it was exactly as presented and I love it.

My experience with John was absolutely amazing.
He assisted me every step of the way. What was even more amazing about John is the fact that he showed me house after house after house. The cycle went on for 2 years in the end we never bought a house we built one instead, and instead of walking away from us he explained what to watch for and things to pay attention to. Mr.Krouse was a superstar I am now working with him to find undeveloped acreage to build another new home to start the next step in our dream. John went even further and assisted our grandmother in a 1 week period he found, and closed on a home for them.

This was not an easy purchase by any means, but John was there beside us helping every step of the way. He was so helpful and there for us with any questions we had.
